No. Gablewell keeps a record of your own home and does the homework before an inspection. When it looks worth it, we'll point you to an authorized inspector.
Which phones work?
iPhone. A Pro model from iPhone 12 Pro onward can also measure rooms; other iPhones get everything else.
Where does Gablewell work?
Everywhere in the US. Your address shapes your checklist and reminders. Florida homeowners also get the Wind Mitigation Pre-Check at launch, and more states' insurance discount checks will follow.
What do you do with my photos?
