Preview terms for invited testers.
Gablewell preview terms
Effective October 19, 2026. These terms are for people we've invited to try Gablewell before it launches. Full terms come with the app.
- Agreeing. When you create your account, you'll tick a box confirming you're 18 or older and agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
- Who can use it. You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. One account per person. Keep your sign-in email secure.
- This is a preview. Features will change, and some things may be missing, slow or wrong while we build. It's free during the preview, and we may end the preview at any time.
- What Gablewell is. Gablewell gives general information and reminders about caring for a home, based on your address and what you tell it.
- It is not a home inspection and doesn't report on your home's condition.
- It is not insurance, legal, tax or financial advice. Your insurer decides what your policy covers.
- Our maps and reminders come from public data that can be out of date or wrong for a particular home.
- Storm updates come from the National Weather Service and can be late, incomplete or missing. They don't replace official alerts or your local officials' instructions.
- How-to guides are general steps. Follow the safety line, stop where a guide says to, and call a pro if you're unsure. You're responsible for doing the work safely.
- The Home File uses AI to read your papers, and it can get things wrong. Each fact links to the page it came from. Check that page before you rely on a fact, and ask your insurer what your policy covers.
- For anything urgent or unsafe (gas, electrical, structural, water pouring in), call the right professional, your utility or 911.
- Your information. What you add stays yours. You let us store and use it to run Gablewell for you, including through the service providers listed in our privacy policy, and to produce totals that don't identify you. If you turn on Home File reading, that includes having your documents read by Anthropic as the privacy policy describes. We use your documents only for your Home File. You can delete it anytime.
- Fair use. Don't break the law with Gablewell, try to reach other people's information, or interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.
- What you add, and copyright. Add only things you have the right to add, and only papers about a home you own or live in. Papers can name other people, so add them only for your own home's records, and leave out tax returns, medical records and copies of IDs. If you believe something on Gablewell infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent: Gablewell LLC, Attn: Copyright Agent, 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, (813) 586-1386, [email protected]. We remove material after a valid notice, tell the person who added it, and accept counter-notices as the law allows. We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.
- No promises. THE PREVIEW IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
- Limits on liability. Gablewell LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to $100. These limits don't apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or where New Jersey or another state's law doesn't allow them.
- Disputes. Florida law applies. Before filing anything, contact us and give us 30 days to resolve it. Either of us may use small-claims court; otherwise, the courts in Hillsborough County, Florida.
- Feedback. You may send us feedback, and we may use it without owing you anything. We'll never quote you publicly without your written OK.
- Changes and ending. We'll email you before these terms change in a way that matters. You can stop using Gablewell and delete your account anytime.
